hi joe, i am someone you might know, in the snow, on the go, using a hoe, i hurt my big toe, are you a bit slow? does your car work?

I've seen them on poulton road, there was a small TV ontop of on and a traffic cone on another. Love it! Made me laugh!

I seen one on the end of Mill Lane with an exaust. My mate turned around and said who would be so dumb to put cones on top of a phonebox its very very lame  and i aggreed ? What is the frigging point ?
