just watched north west news on bbc and it looked like it was on upton road ?? but they did confirm the boy was 14

Chopper flew towards Speak 1600 hrs, Makes sense - I heard sirens at about 4.10pm. Did see a police van parked at the end of the driveway up to biddy hill car park at about that time too. Van was still parked there at 6pm
