i have many tapes off my video camcorder that i would like to load onto laptop..is this possible and what leads would i need..
if not is there any other means of converting them .

i have a friend who , i should think, be able to transfer them in top quality to dvd. i know he can do vhs and cine film
cos i'm that kinda guy...

i have a friend who , i should think, be able to transfer them in top quality to dvd. i know he can do vhs and cine film thanks egg so it is possible but not just off a lead from camcorder to pc..let me know if he can and the costs thanks again

A video grabber like the one in the link zippy has posted is what you need, very easy to use.
