yer shes a goodun all round mate so lucky there
the 2 go hand in hand, just remember when exercising its all about reaching and keeping the stage when ur hanging out of your arse, thats when u see real big benefits

just make it balanced, if u eat a little more exercise a little more, always stretch and flood urself with water
