Load of police on Leasowe Road by the station around 7pm with the traffic stopped. Couldn't see what was going on, anyone any ideas what was happening?

i heard a cyclist was hit by a car, didnt know they had fists but hope mr pedals is ok
needed to change this for years. so now i have. ha
