Reminds me of the London smogs of the '50s and '60s, which were actually worse because of the poluting chemicals, mainly from the large amount of coal burned in those days! Times do get better....in some ways!
you should of seen Canberra the day before, it was horrible all the white cars went a sickly shade of red :D, it felt the end of the world. don't forget i live down in aus in the nations capital
