mountain biking. do any of u do this? mostly thinking cross country/trails... the likes of delamere, etc.
ive not got myself a bike yet but have been looking. have narrowed it down to a few choices so just need to sort my finances out.
would anybody like the idea of taking this up? i decided i want to get fit so seems like the perfect way haha, especially with the weather getting better...

Theres a bike track around Bidston Moss which looks quite good.
Not been on it myself, but wouldnt mind a go

I used to ride the wirral way all the time when i was kid but now i dont own a bike i havnt been out for ages. I miss the ride cause i rode there and back.. Starting at seacombe ferry all the way round to park gate  I also used to love the River Walk over the otherside in liverpool furthest i got from the ferry was cressington on the bike

Rode down the Wirral Way a few months ago.
Had a few races with Sausage on her horse and I won!!
Go me with my 1.2hp legs!!

We bought a full set of bikes for me, the missus andthe kids at Christmas with a view to Delamere forest and the wirral way.
I used to go out into Wales around Bala and LLangollen/worlds end with a mate a few years back, but time doesn't allow for that these days.

lol deffo... check out some of the red bull rampage videos on there... immense... cant afford a bike for that tho, think cross country and trails is a good place to start lol...
