Took us 7/8 hours to do the Micra in our lockup, but we didnt have the proper tools . Car was only just off the ground (No ramps) and we had to use jacks to support the gearbox and manouvre it around.
Needless to say, Japanese cars dont go back as easily as they are taken apart

The Clutch is OK But the duel mass has over 30mm of play terrible it should only have 15mm at the most ;(
All the new Volvos have those flywheels don't they? Nightmare, it took 2 hours to change my Astra's clutch, you extract the input shaft from the side and then the clutch comes out of a hatch underneath!

all cars will have to have Tyre pressure monitoring systems also all will have electronic handbrakes to this is all part of the new car laws coming into place on new cars

1 more thing when you change a battery on a new car you will have to tell the E.C.U what battery it is and amps it is or the car will not start
