The photo below was taken at 4:04 a.m. (local time in Arizona Time) from the Saguaro Astronomy Club — about halfway between Phoenix and Tucson. A Messier Marathon telescope was used to make this image showing the rising Milky Way seemingly adjacent to low clouds, which are being illuminated by light pollution from Tuscon.
