indeed! just trying to find out if its at the wheels or flywheel. only running about 6psi of boost i think, not bad considering the standard engine runs 7psi and only produces 90hp at the flywheel.

they are very grippy in the dry, well worth the dosh. have yet to test them in absolute soaking wet, but the bit of rain we had today made driving lively!

i need to sort my understeer problems out, soon as i get the back of the car to step out the front just goes, tried loads of different ways round, i have a low profile on the front and dropping the pressure does nothin except wreck tires, think am gonna have to get smaller wheels and bigger profile tires, will get a set of your tires for the track tho for sure

problems already! i don't know if anyone noticed when i left but the car was misfiring, i thought nothing of it and just tootled home when i could look at it properly. that wasn't all, by the time i reached borough road my gear linkage fell off, so i was stuck in forth! i just struggled to make it home.

woke up at the crack of dawn to crack on fixing the dam thing! linkage is noe sorted, so it shouldn't come apart again. worked out the misfire down to a faulty spark plug. sorted that today and took her for a good long run just to check everything.

almost, its very twitchy when it comes on boost, meaning i'm weaving all over the road! unfortunately i was going down a tight road and hit the kerb. the damage isn't too bad, just a scuff really.

i've set the tracking up the same a regular mini with slight toe out, this may be causing my problem. so i'll put some slight toe in on the bugger and see what thats like.

possibly tony, but i find the steering very responsive, maybe too responsive. maybe its just how a mini handles (never really driven a standard one). but i'll have a play and see what happens.

also i've got a good excuse to buy another set of wheels!
