I need some info on the VW/Audi TDi 'PD' engines.

Were they fitted to all VW/Audi TDi cars made from 1996 onwards or does it just depend on chassis numbers or year of manufacture etc?

All i know is one of me honkies has got a Golf GTI PD and its a 150BHP beast. Tuning boxes take em to 200BHP and 200lb/ft. Yum. The tuning box is incredibly cheap considering it gives such huge gains

Yeah i've just started doing these tuning boxes but need to find out how may VW/Audi engines had the PD engine, if not all of them.

I phoned a main dealer but they won't even speak to me without a chassis number

maybe research it on google?

Sorted! It goes by registration plate numbers or Autodata comes in handy for this.

I have Autodata 2004 and hopefully 2005 soon if that helps ??

I've now got Autodata 2004 which does come in very handy but really could do with Autodata 2005 asap.

If you get the 2005 can you let me know mate or do you know anyone who has it?
