Keef666 The lights in Wallasey Village are fitted by a private contractor working with the council, all the money for fixtures and fitting including lights is raised by public donation and local business, no money from your council tax is used.

I noticed tonight that Liscard have greatly improved their lights following the shambolic tree they had a few years ago..well done Liscard
