just bought my new toy today

all MOTs
loads of reciepts
alloys and tyres 2 months old
new brakes ,hoses, cv joints ,oil and filter change
2 new keys

oh no i was fixing the radio i think the last owner had swaped the radio over the aieral had been disconnected

yeah, thats the lad I've ragged the tits off it too Only jokin mate, hes looked after it and tis a decent motor 130,000 miles, no a/c and doesn't have a garrett turbo though??

IIRC all the VAG TDi (VW, Audi, Skoda) cars use a Garrett turbo.
The only reason for Joes mates not having one, is that the OEM unit failed, and has been replaced with a non Garrett replacement.

You cant really miss it on those engines it sits pretty high and is easily visable
