**** defo happens and on sunday i killed my saxo!!! that now makes 2 claims to make fings worse dont fink the insurance are gona payout!!! suggestions on nxt ride then!!!

woz shiftin on eastham rake road and lost it on the bend hit a log and gained wings into a tree! just got a cracked rib and whiplash

eastham rake sounds like a rly rly bad place now.... 3 bad fings av happened there now dat i no of hope ya ok.

buyin the car aint the prob its whether ill get a pay off from this 1 as i didnt tell em off the mods!!! it woz late on so not much chance of other cars on the road!!!

I don't know how modded your car was...but TRY claiming that they added no value or performance to the car, and say you're willing to pay what you "owe" them for having them fitted for like 2 weeks when you "forgot" to tell them

My mate tried this on,- and it worked! So keep the faith, and don't let them get you off the phone, tell them you want to speak directly to the underwriters etc etc...

i feel really sorry for you mate i know the feeling. It might turn out well for you though they could give your cvar a higher valuation than what you paid for it. thats what hapend with mine. Who are you insured with?
