Anyone know the stats on an S-Type Jag? Reason I ask is I blew one away with considerable ease earlier on! I know it's probably the lowest spec one but had no badging on so didn't know what model it was.

Was it diesel or petrol.Petrol specs are as follows
Engine:drive...Size:Cyl....BHP.....Top speed...0-60
2.5 V6..........2497 / 6.....201......142..............8.2
3.0 V6..........2967 / 6.....240......146..............6.9
4.0 V8 Auto....3996 / 8....281......150..............6.6

Diesel

So,to summarise,theres no way in hell you'd beat any one of those in a proper race lol.He wasnt trying mate

Hmmm, seemed to be racing home from work coz he flew past me @ at least 100mph on the high road and then stayed in the fast lane when the lights turned to red on him.  Didn't notice any diesel smoke, maybe there is a smaller engined one about, or an auto 2.5... Or maybe he just ****ed his gears up lol.

They are based on the mondeos aint they?
Maybe they do the 2.0l mondeo engine

Just found they do a 128BHP 2.0 Diesel,and a 150BHP 2.2 diesel. Maybe it was one of those?

Yeah probably the 2.0 as mine equates to roughly 120-125bhp but is much lighter. I'll see what stats I can find, cheers scoop
