What a great night! The whole night was such a laugh apart from the horrible rain that soaked me right through. Webmaster obviously didn’t book the weather for this one . As we pulled into the meeting point we were made up to see all the cars all lined up waiting for us. There were 24 cars in all and about 50 members.
Wow, couldn’t believe how good we all looked as we convoyed along the motorway to Preston. Everyone was staring at us all in our big long convoy. Just as we left Birkenhead it started to pour down and it didn’t stop all night long. We were all soaked through but were all still in good spirits. The rain can’t spoil our fun!! We made our first stop at the services to stock up on the food and a drink for the rest of the night. It was nice to chat to everyone while we were waiting for Paz and Danielle to finish eating their burger king meals. Then we set off again to the BBGTI meet. We were the first ppl there and it was looking very lonely. We weren’t on our own for very long as more and more cars came flocking in and parking up. It all started to get busy. There was music playing all over the place, neons shining and a brilliant friendly atmosphere. Everyone was out and talking to each other and having a great time.
despite the rain, webmaster still managed to get some cracking photos with a little help from our very own umbrella babe vicki! I went for a walk around the place to check out all the cars. There were some lovely cars there. And I was made up to see that the corsa from Preston had some new mods, its really looking smart now. I especially liked the eyelids on the smart car they look pretty mean and really set the car off.
The His and Hers minis were great i thought it was really cute. Me and Danielle had a good chat with the police men. They were very nice police and they were having as much fun as we were. That’s what we want at all of our cruises, sound coppers who also have an interest in modded cars. As the car park started to empty there was a brilliant suggestion from Hollie, she said why don’t we all drive through the Black pool lights on the way home. Well that was it wasn’t it; we were all like little kids getting dead excited about driving through Blackpool lights. Paz had to go home as his car wouldn’t have got over the speed bumps, gutted you couldn’t have come with us m8 you missed a really good part of the night. The lights were good but I wanted to see the Lego land and Thomas the tank engine ones and we couldn’t find them. Damm! We had to stop for a photo of us all and what a good photo it is as well. Everyone looks like they are having a great time.
By this time all us girlies were very desperate to go to the ladies room so we had to make another stop at a garage but it didn’t have a toilet so we all had to hold on till we arrived at our favorite services. We all stocked up on some more food and drink and had another gab and then we were on our way. We all had a final stop off at the rock to discuss our great night out then everyone went their separate ways home to bed. I was so cold and tired when I got in and I just couldn’t wait for my bed. It was a great night and I can’t wait till the next convoy. I can’t get enough of them. They are great. Id like to say a big thank you to Paz and Sporty for letting me jump a lift in their cars as Scooby couldn’t make this one. I really appreciate it guys. And thank you to all of you who turned up and made the night a huge success. It wouldn’t have been the same without all of you guys. Thank you. See you all at the next one people. xx

Got to say the same as everyone else. Top night, even with the bad weather. Great to see the turnout, 24 cars in total, nearly took over the bbg cruise for our selfs.
The convoy was great going up there, we did lose one or two, but we all got back together at the location. Some really nice cars there, the Honda had to be the best. :go:
