Was the Chapel called, Rose Hill?
The 2 names following in the 1916 directory, Blackett and Smith both live in Wesley Terrace, so it rules out the name of a house they may have occupied.

I've no idea where the Directories have got Rose Hill from, but it appears in my 1903 Edition as well. The properties were called Wesley Terrace in 1875 and they're still marked as Wesley Terrace on the 1955 OS map.
