Does anyone know of any chippy's that still sell the old fashioned chop suey rolls with the dead thick crispy coating ? I hate the ones they sell now in filo pastry that are virtually see through and just fall to bits !!

Chippy on Borough Road, near the garage in Birkenhead used to do them but I am going back 20 years.
