I can hear people when they call but they can't hear me, I've watched a few you tube clips but not been able to fix it and I don't want to carry on taking it apart as I'm not that confident..do any mobile repair people on here have an estimate on how much it could cost to fix? If it's too much I may just "lose" it and claim on the insurance ;-)

The insurance is with my bank and it's £100 but I'm due a new phone Dec 24 so I'd also have a nice new phone to sell :-)
Where would I need to bring it to be fixed?
