Tried to pm The Dr but he's over his limit.
Trying to charge our Acer Extensa 5235, we can see the green light on the charger when its plugged in however no charge is getting to the actual laptop. Unsure as to whether this is a laptop or charger problem (any ideas).
Also maybe if The Dr reads this I was wondering if you had these chargers in shop so I could check?

Nope charge ran out, battery said needs charging but nothing happened when it was plugged in, it just ran out of charge.
