When my kids were little we first had a doberman, brilliant house dog and great with the kids, soft with everyone but they didn't know that. It was to guard premises of which I was the caretaker. Just a look at him was enough to put off any would be burglars. After that I had a staffie, my mate used to breed them, he was just an ordinary house dog and once again was great with the kids. It's how you train 'em Wasn't impressed with the staffie in the park last week when I was on my way for a pint. Nice white trousers, freshly laundered and pressed and the bloody thing jumped up on me, off it's lead of course, and put mud down both thighs and legs. "Sorry, he's just a pup from the rescue", piggin' idiot. After that the bloke and his dippy bird carried on and then the dog went over and started midering a bloke who had two dogs, both on leads, one of which was a mastiff of all things. The mastiff bloke said that idiot boy should take charge of his dog and he said it's ok he won't hurt your dog he's only pup from rescue. The mastiff man replied that it wasn't his dog he was worried about it was the staffie because his dog would mangle it. At this the chav went berserk, effin' and blindin' at the bloke who'd tried to give him a heads up. And people wonder why staffie owners/walkers are looked upon as dickheads.

A script writer couldn't have written that better Bandy. Very explicit and typical of the chav mindset.
Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect. ~Chief Seattle

walking my dog today and came across a staffy type dog running wild, speeding round jumping on me and my dog, then jumping on a few other dogs. One was a very small dog which was petrified. This staffy dogs owner looked a right dozy mare, I said to her put it on a lead, she said 'im socialising it to get used to people'! bloody hell if thats socialising Im staying in the house. It was nowhere near her, and she just had her head down in a mobile!
