is this the steve that had the shop in town for many years (he did move from the original shop some years ago but stayed in town) or i think theres a steve in new ferry

It IS the Steves in New Ferry, after reading this I had a quick look (only a few doors down) and the shop is closed with a sign in the window explaining what has happened.
A sad loss of a great talent and well respected man.

No way that's not good :-( I'm miss him like,I had great laugh with him everytime he did more work on me! Most of my ink has come from Steves in new ferry :-(

Yes as has been confirmed this very very sad rumour is true. Steve was a true and funny genuine nice guy. He was an amazing tattooist and he helped my friend be the tattooist she is today.
Out of interest what was put in the window of the shop?

thanks guys all my tattoos were from steve we were good friends he sadly missed thoughts go out to his family sad loss of such a nice person RIP Steve mate
