i need a disc for a samsung wave GT S85OO mobile phone as i am unable to download pics to PC can anyone help please sue x

This is what you need http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/JSPdownload it and install it. As all the disc you want will do, is install a older version of kies, and you will then have to update it, to the one i have provided in the link

thanks willo downloaded it but PC saying not installed contact samsung, have tried this before unsuccessful any thoughts thanks in advance x
