Try forbrers green grocers, Victoria road, new Brighton.
Lady's name is Karen.
Very friendly and possibly the cheapest for flowers.

peaches and herbs on belvidere road, wallasey, is the place i ALWAYS go for flowers, great local business and great quality flowers too.

Go to rachels shop on borough rd b,head in between sayers & coop shes great & not exspensive say you are on wiki as she is as well hope this helps
