Wanted 4 bedroom spacious house for my family of 6 in a nice area has 2 have at least 2 entertaining rooms ,we are willing to pay 6 or even 12 month rent in advance aswell as deposit we would prefer fitted wardrobes in each room but not essential it just has to be a nice house in a nice area for my family ,I would prefer to go through the landlord instead of agency and has to be a good landlord! If you think you have the right house... we are willing to pay up to £700 PCM please get intouch , we are professional people and are just in the process of selling our home but if the right house pops up we can sell fast .
areas prefered but not essential Claughton, Tranmere ,Prenton ,Mount ,Oxton,Birkenhead,Brackenwood ,Bebington .
