We have had this caravan for a while and before that the father in law had it for 3 years.

Full gas bottle,
plates/cups/etc
huge awning
either 2 singles or a kingsize double
2 ring gas hob/gril
fridge
elec flushing toilet
shower
hot and cold water
water carrier
waste carrier
wheel clamp
hitch lock and stability control
Leisure battery x2
All lights work fine.
Heater never used but is there.
