ooo last night has coated roast potatoes and smoked haddock in a smoked red chilli and blossom honey scauce, very nice

Sausage chips and garden peas
Had a quick KFC for lunch too Healthy appetite, better than people who go out for a meal and say they're full after the soup. Oh yes: Chicken Tikka with Hummus and Chilli Sauce on Panninni And Carrot Cake
