inside of the car is going to be a stripped out look with buckets and 4 point harnesses, and abit of carbon fiber. engine ain't going in for a while! still got to buy it yet! still deciding whether to build it myself or not.

The car is coming along amazingly Steve,
i'm not sure if i missed it but
what are your plans once complete?

Do you have plans to sell it?
Or Keep it forever?

You should keep it for a while at least,
after all the hard work that has
gone into it.

cheers for the comments, makes this long wait worth it! this weekend started on the interior. instead of buying a tailored carpet set for 50quid i bought a whole roll of carpet for 30quid! enough to do 4 minis! pics below

now i've put carpeted boards on the back so i can use it everyday and throw stuff in the back without worrying about damaging the paint! also sprayed the front subframe the same colour as my cage and mounted it!

this weekend............ put the front back on along with a bit of the bright work. i'm not going to go too over the top on the chrome bits as i think it will make it too tacky.

also got a rear brake refurb kit which includes new ebc shoes, new ebc pistons, a fitting kit and goodridge briaded hoses. gave the rear arms and backpaltes a clean and coat of hammerite.

[Linked Image]

also wanted to see how low i can go on the coilovers i have so put the wheels on the other way round (to give that rustic deep dish look!) and put the rear to the ground. i think i can go one cm lower if i wish. thats it for now

thats my old parcel shelf! speakers won't fit with my right hand tank in place. worst part was probabily sanding down all the bodywork. i am happy with the bodywork but the paint does show some flaws (though the camera doesn't show them) and i keep thinking if i'd spent a bit more time on it, it would look better. most awkard was hammeriting the underneath, had to crawl under the bugger!
