Upgraded my 3GS to a 4 today and wanted to sort it out to get it working. Went to O2 shop in Birkenhead and they were useless, so popped into bigabyte to see if they could help. The young lad in there was really helpful, cut my sim for me and gave advice on how to sync from old to new. I'd defo go back there in the future rather than going o2
