Give it a go, It actually works. I think they must have put it there for people to play whilst waiting for their mates to watch the vid, or something.
On any vid hit the pause tab, click the time bar so the vid goes back to 00 seconds then hold the left arrow key for a second the hit the up arrow key....your playing snake.

Hidden things like that are called "easter eggs", there used to be some in Microsoft Office. You can find more things hidden in google by (perversely) searching google for them. google easter eggs

I read it on one of the comments on a video, thought id give it a go and hey presto!!!
Yer easter eggs, I remember one on the master system, and when I found it I was over the moon as back then games where well expensive and there was no internet etc etc.
