Maybe you could put an advert at the local vet to see if anyone missing him.
My daughter has had rabbits from Rabbit Rescue in Meols if you need to give him a home. They might take him.
He is a lovely looking rabbit

Think the real hero is Tonys friend who found him.
Charlie's owner Kaylea is soooo made up, she said he got out when her mum was emptying bins and her niece has been crying thinking the lads at the end of the road snakes had eaten him (awww). She thought she would never see him again & would like to say a BIG thank you to everyone on wiki for there kind help in reuniting Charlie with the family.
Love the fact that the people of wiki can come together and achieve anything.
