 cans of pop in the chippy in hoylake 85p!  mouse sized tubs of flora which last for about 10 slices of bread £1.49p and no choice of any others in the local shop!

tesco diced onion 50p a bag. And pre packed bread mix at 70p just tip it in to breadmaker and add water.

usually crappy bread at £1.65 a loaf from that utter dump of a convenience shop on Town meadow lane in Moreton. Still beats facing the automotive hell that is the mini Tesco down the road though.
