The whole bloody thing looks horrendous !! Let's hope this attempted money-making scam for the fat-cats developers, gets its just deserts on the first on-shore severe gale combined with a high tide. I have to agree with you, partly because I don't think it needs another retail complex. I'll miss going down to New Brighton because it was pretty quiet and nice. Let's hope they've galvanised -everything-.

the idea of the project is to get people to go to new brighton, just look at the list of the main attractions it will soon have to offer:
*Cinema (Digital)
*Shopping
*Bowling & Laser Quest
*Hotel
*Theatre
*Marine Lake
*Fort Perch Rock
*Beach
*Arcade/Family Fun Fair
*Dips (Wirral Egg Run, Wirral International Kite Festival)
and probably more, this is a good investment and Wirral should be lucky with more investment with Wirral Waters from Peel!!!
