It has just been back to the apple store in liverpool to have a new battery fitted and it went in jailbroken and they said nothing and that was covered by the warranty

True my last one was battered, pixelated and jailbroken and I still got £89 for it from carphone warehouse.

It's the 8GB version in black it's in great condition i would post photo's but my only camera is my iPhone lol so it won't work. There are a few tiny scratches on the screen but you can't even see them unless you look really close and it has just had a new battary fitted by apple about 2weeks ago.
