Someone wants that going no were, look at all the razor wire. Such a shame as it looks like a beast. Clean it up and put a cover over her if you have to keep it there frown

^ What he said. And then probably died. Apparently, the local chav brigade throw bottles at it from the top.
I've seen loads of examples of 'abandoned' cars, and the owners can be a bit vicious when you enquire. It's a waste if the owner knows about it, but it's his car.

They're really nice looking motors, a member on here has the 90's version:

Shame although everything is rescuable. I don't know where that one is but Alpine's are worth serious money in Europe. The A310 wasn't the prettiest but still well worth saving :-(

I notice there is also a lock on the steering wheel. Whoever parked it, didn't want it going anywhere!!

Maybe worthwhile someone going back and trying to see the numberplate, then finding out who owns it from that?

Thats a damn waste of a rare car, and whoever does own it should be ashamed of themselves. Its being greedy and selfish if they are still alive...but if not then my apologies.

I know a few people who have been to look at this car. The owner wants £5k for it and has told them they can 'get it out themselves!

Is it worth it? Well, it is I believe the only GT pack A310 in the UK and worth anything north of £15k fully refurbished, maybe a fair bit more in Europe. I wouldn't pay that much for it though as the owner doesn't deserve that much leaving a car like that. :-(

Hell no. Unfortunately now he Knows theres interest in his car, hell keep hiking the price up as he sees fit. Selfish Idiot...

There must be some kind of law that states the difference between ownership and abandonment! If Not, then why not somad

what a waste of a car... I bought a vw splitscreen camper once in Upton, the ol'chap had parked it under his willow tree and left it for 25years.

I had to cut 3 larges branches off to get it out,....

and had to pay him £80 smile

Sold it for £400ish- to help fund my 1835cc twin 45 race engine smile

It was a '59 combi camper, bottom 6" all the way around was rotten, but the same van would be worth 5-6k now frown
