The dreaded day as come for my car the mot is due just wondering if any one knows any cheap mot centres or is there anywere that doesnt charge for a retest....

Ow about Village Motors think they do em for £35 and free re-test, used to be the deal anyway.
Only down the road from ye too.
You rekon much work will need doing fella? Most if not all places that do a free retest will only do it if you get the work done with them. I dont think their supposed to offer free re-tests anymore, so they have to make money out of ye somehow.

There is a list of things you can get away with for a free retest - things that the typical car owner can fix themselves that day, ie Bulbs, wipers blades, tyres...

Orchard Quick Fit on St. Pauls Road in Rock Ferry (Road opposite KFC, just before the bridge)
Think they charge £35 with a tenner retest fee.
