The Rock isn't on the council asset list so must be privatly owned as well. GITS so the police shouldnt have given me my section 59 all them years ago for mmm well doing nothing i promise  I've been looking into that, car parks generally accesible by the public are covered unless you have express permission of the owners, so you can be section 59'd. yeah the rock is privatly owned by a lady, not sure what her name is. ive also been told she owns the brombrough retail park.
theres always people down upton, quite often speak to the police down there and aslong as you dont mess around then they dont mind you being there, its when people have the urge to show off, there the ones that ruin it for all the others.
