I would say judging from the red sh*te, its probably haemarrhoids, though I wouldn't rule out polyps in the large bowel.

From a good source  Apparently Rafa and Parry are at loggerheads. Rafa is apparently carrying the argument onto the pitch with his team selections. Both are guilty of being unprofessional and maybe one or both should move one.
