Cheers Tony  bloody hell that comes up well after a good wax mate why did you have to swap plates what was wrong with the others It's not even waxed properly, just spent about 20 mins quickly doing it. Had to swap the plates as the ones I had on were illegal, which I knew, but wanted to get away with it for as long as I could  Finally got stopped for them yesterday and got a £30 fine though

take the other plates as they help the look of the car,jus remember to take em back off!

what made they illegal mate was it the bmw badge or the font both there's only one font as far as i know and only the eu stars allowed on a plate inside the uk/eu

It was illegal due to the badge, the border, the text size and the font of the text.

thought u could have any badge so long as the font and spacing was right? as joe said, has to be a specific font now (specified by the government) - spaced - again specified by the monkeys (supposedly for anpr but the stuff they have is so advanced it wouldnt be difficult to make it work for other fonts (just lazy monkeys again) and yea, apparently u are only allowed the eu stars to the left of ur reg number... tho some ppl are getting away with other stuff.... it's probly more down to how much of a *£$% the plod are on the day (tho still illegal)

Finally got stopped for them yesterday and got a £30 fine though
join the club, ive had 6 tickets in 6 months now, finally changed mine yesterday! however when i went to barrows to get the legal plate done they printed a boarder?????

He's also got an LSD for sale which I'm thinking about, but not certain it will fit and probably won't even make much use of it.
