Its a black volvo S60.
has a blind spot mirror attachment on the passenger side mirror.

P053EJA is NOT on the Motor Insurance Database today
are police cars registered on a different kind of database or somethin - or are they driving uninsured? hehehe jk

are police cars registered on a different kind of database or somethin - or are they driving uninsured? hehehe jk they are insured for the purposes of the Road traffic act...but not in the same way that you insure your car. Long story short its a bit like bus companies...you have to have a huge "contingency fund"....and some sort of insurance for liabilities...but they arent registered on the MID...clear as mud?
