I have a plan of attack concerning getting a new vechicle. 1. Buy a cheapish runaround car 2. Sell the Astra 3. Buy a Classic type 2 bay window VW campervan/microbus. Just need a few ideas of what run around I could get, I have a bit of a needs and wants list. - Needs to be atleast an L reg to keep private reg.
- Needs to be reliable.
- Needs to be be cheapish to purchase, run and insure.
- Would like it to be something fun and exciting to drive.
- Would like it to be pleasing to the eye.
- Would like something that would complient the camper.
thanks guys, Being a VX owner I can only think corsa. autotrader or similar examples would be appreiceated.

i'm sure stuy will agree... even a standard 180/200sx would tick all those boxes... look great, plenty of grunt in both, very reliable, cheap, fairly cheap to insure for someone like urself, definitely more appealing than a camper

Yes I have 2 young daughters, Both under 2. So was looking to get a bigger car then the astra so that the double pram and the shopping fit in at the same time, lol, and I've always wanted a VW camper.

Its only the front of them thats dangerous aint it? with there being no engine bay, crumple zones etc to protect you.
