Every now and again, Police constabularys buy a car that is a little bit special, and raises a few eyebrows. Bedfordshire did it some years back with a couple of Lotus Carltons, Ive seen Lotus Esprit fully marked, Escort Cosworths, and more recently Subarus are being quite widly used, this though, a bit like the Esprit seem very strange due to its impracticallities. All the other cars, despite being very quick, have all had reasonable space for carrying tools for the job....
