Pensioners Council Tax Discount Link Click Me There is a Forum you can down load, from this page Ckick Me Scroll Down until you see Pensioners Council Tax Discount. To qualify for a 1% discount off your 2007/08 Council Tax bill you must be the Council Taxpayer, not in receipt of Council Tax Benefit and all the individuals at the property must be aged 75 or over as at 1 April 2007
