Lovely female Staffy missing from her home in Moreton.Shes brindle,friendly 6 years old & trotted off on 16th ,not been seen since.Shes tagged ,chipped & her family are desperate for news of her. Pics on FB .Lets get this little girl back to her loving family.Thanks

Was it in the evening, lincle ? There was a storm if you remember ,lightning and thunder. My electrics were knocked out and still not completely fixed. The lightening strike hit a neighbours house and the hit was an horrific clout . Any dog out could have taken off anywhere. So sad, I hope she turns up somewhere, and soon.

Thanks Granny,Its strange that theres been no sightings .If someone has her they should have reported it theres no excuse,the RSPCA,police,vets FOBK will all help to get her home. Theres a possibility that she will be very frightened & may have holed up somewhere & will emerge when shes gets very hungry.I know how her family feel ,I was lucky when years ago my dog went missing she found her way to a relatives house in the dark .

I wonder if somehow in fright she's got into the school grounds as there are a couple near to her home, and can't find her way out. There should be caretakers still at the school who could maybe have a look.
She could have got stuck under something like a shed.
Your dog was a clever dog.. so pleased she found her way back to you. It must be an awful time to live through , and worse if there are never any answers.
Dogs have been found alive after earthquakes, and buried in the rubble.. so let's keep hoping.

This is on their 'Dogs Lost' page. https://doglost.co.uk/dog-blog.php?dogId=157637CROSS POSTED FROM CHILLIE’s fb GROUP : The day chillie went missing it was thunder and lightning..we can see from the footage she was very scared and running ..She ran in the direction of the railway from danger lane ..we don’t know where from after that ..she could of made it across the railway heading towards leasowe golf club,bidston golf club,Moreton hill golf centre ..until there is a sighting we can only ask that the whole area has posters ..Chillie is more than likely is survival mode now and will be in hiding ..keep your eyes peeled

Granny she was found not to far away by all accounts but trapped behind railings.A couple out walking called the warden who informed the family & helped them lift her over the railings. A great end for all concerned
