Need someone who knows what they are doing to have a look at my lads pc. Windows 10, when its swithed on, 2 red lines appear before it crashes. need it done asap, so if anyone knows anyone who is reliable and knows what they are doing, can you pass on their details to me. Inbox me if needed

Is it a laptop or desktop .I am no expert but it could be a broken fan .try akita consoles in Wallasey think he does computers

Backup your personal files first, then boot from Windows 10 installation disk and perform a factory reset. If this couldn't solve your issue, it should be a hardware issue.

If you can't sort it out yourself take it to Akita Consoles at 387 Poulton Rd, Wallasey CH44 4DD.
Roy knows his stuff and as far as I know won't charge to tell you what's wrong.
