cant afford insurance ive given up askin my dad!!!but on the other hand i love the car any 1 that sees it would fall in love instantly if they wanted 2 buy it!!my m8 said he was gonna come round and c it cuz hes interested but im really in 2 minds!!!!

You would probabley get more money in the summer?
Cant you do the insurance on the monthly or is that still far to high.
Shame to come so far with it and selling it.
No idea' what it should be worth,
but looks a really nice motor.

Sorry to sound like a kiljoy, but modified cars arent worth any more than a tidy, std example - unless you can find someone who specifically wants that type of car, with the mods you have done. My old S13 for example, I had recipts for £15k+ for the car when I was finished, and it was a very tidy example. I sold it for £4000 - about £500 more than a std, tidy one  I would prolly have been better off stripping it and selling the bits and then the std car.

i cant afford 2 insure ne thin it was all goin on my dad why i had a car like this and hes determin that he nt payin 4 it now and ive tryed everythin but none of my family r interested so i might end up givin up something that means alot 2 me and wat made me really want a wicked car at school modded moters!!!i cant even insure a standard car cuz im only a buildin apprentise!!!!which is great money once im finnished the course but i dont no wat 2 do!!!!

im totally amazed aswell aswell stuymac but u try findin any thin a modder would want 4 under £2000 i fell in love with that car wen it was a mess and could see wat it would look like in my head and here it is now!!!!!4 2 grand wat u gonna get a punto a fezza xr2i u look on ebay m8 and this pops on the screen in the £2000 modded section its instantly a hit and dont ask me why!! cause i dont no but theres summat about it!!!

I have to agree with Stewy Mac here 
A modified car will not fetch good money unless you can find the right buyer who likes your style of modifying. When we modify cars we all do it to our own individual style to suit our own tastes, your car is nice and i like it allot but it's not everyones cup of tea.
Also Insurance is allways an issue with modified cars, young drivers would typically be interested in your car and a young driver would have the same problem insuring the car especially with all the modifications declared.
When you modify a car you are really limiting the market you can sell it to. Would propably require allot of specialst advertising in all the right places, Max Power, Redline, Auto-Trader, Modified Car Sites to attempt to find the right buyer.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do anyways mate, on a final note i think you are crazy to sell it, its obviously your "Baby"

put it this way m8 if it ends up goin i will b that cut up i couldnt show someone round my car and watch them drive off!!and im 6 ft 5 and a big lad that dont ever cry but that would make me cry which i could understand if it was a subaru or porsche but its a k reg astra!!!!!why cry over it ive got more feelings 4 that car than i ever had 4 any woman!!!IS THAT NORMAL LOL!!! <img border="0" alt="[Roll around the floor laffin]" title="" src="graemlins/cwemotions065.gif" />
