Screaming Swede: Take all the arm work out of peeling and chopping a swede. Chop the top and bottom off. Microwave for ten minutes. Turn it around and repeat.... So soft and fluffy....good job tomorrows swede is large. I have ate a lot of it! PS it is called 'screaming swede' because of the noises it emitts! Like whistles n shrieks.....chill..microwave is not about to blow up!

Had a go at doing duck a l'orange and it worked a treat, delish and well recommended. Gresham duck breast from Tesco was very nice indeed, and I hate Tesco.
