As far as I can work out with my brain anyway, if the fethered planks are fitted ti a wooden bar that goes across the planks but the bar is showing on the neighbours side, then the tethered planks showing is my resposability, but not sure about the slotted panels wether that is my other neighbours resposability

Thanks to all for participating, and thanks for your thanks. As nobody has sent any poems through for the next session, it is decided that we can postpone until after Christmas, and then review the Comp situation.
