all the engines are renault get a turbo off the gle/s model then shit your pants for england my boy(how u think renault get ncap 5 star scores, volvo is 40 pc renault) and the clarkson thing was in about 86 when he got fed up and tested the molictular structure of a tree, not the one with may and hammond (i know the one u mean)and yes i am showing my age!!

WELL SIT DOWN AND I WILL TELL YOU

Volvo garage just told me its deffo the clucth and its a small job (cough)

To change the clutch i need to

1. take rear axle off.
2. rear suspension
3. box off
4. remove torque shaft thing off
5. clutch off

Nice little job GUTTED looks like the 13th ou of the question.

And i only have 1 and a half days off before the drift day.

Why oh why do i get these cars Chris had no problems with it what so ever GIT.

If it goes in to gear with the motor running, it must have let go big time omg

Sounds like a big job to fix it though matey - should have got a Sierra wink raftl

Well it could be the torque shaft now as mate came rnd and says there is fook all up with the clutch and Chris spoke to his mate who is a bit on the good side with the spanners and used to work on these things awhile back and says the same as they are only alloy and used to get chewed up all the sime.

The only problem is i cant find one anywere.

Local volvo peps cant get em and no breakers yards have them.

Any ideas

not to sure as yet but took the backplate off the diff to find only 1 wheel turns at anytim if you spin them while in gear.

Also couple of teeth have gone from each side so could poss be halfshafts Could this be the problem???
