yea ryan is doing a 2.0 transplant onto my old car very soon,aswell as cossie brakes. Hes going on a course in wales for a while and would like to do it while he's down there,failing that ill end up helping him do it when he gets back

Ahhh, Scoopydoo back in an Escort. TBH Mate, optomistic as your plans are, Id save the money on modding that one, and buy a decent one with a decent shell, and then mod that. FFS - Those arches look like they are straight off a rusty Vauxhall

The mod that makes you unable to see through the rear window? Thats the babies sunshade,and its in the offisde rear door window not rear screen Ahhh, Scoopydoo back in an Escort. TBH Mate, optomistic as your plans are, Id save the money on modding that one, and buy a decent one with a decent shell, and then mod that. FFS - Those arches look like they are straight off a rusty Vauxhall 100 quid to fix an arch or sell this one and buy another and have to spend more than 100 quid to get the new one and loads of time...and money reverting this one to standard (im not losing my Si interior or cossie brakes)????????? ill get the arch fixed one day,aswell as the bonnet and door. New mod is the rear lights,half smoked (using trim tape no less)

next on the list is a new NSR door (possibly getting this weekend - then needs to be sprayed and fitted which may take a while) and colour coded parts such as bump strips,lock strip on boot,door handles,and leccy mirrors.Bonnet needs sorting.
got fancy rocker cover and stainless plug cover to fit but want to change inlet manifold (and possibly engine too) before i bother with them
